The Beauty Wishlist: April 2013

Since my birthday is on April 11th I'm having an eye on some gorgeous beauts! Stay tuned for my hauls and birthdaypresents ;-)

The Haul: Amsterdam & Gouda

During Valentine's Day week I went to visit my dutch family together with my boyfriend. We drank a lot of tea, ate cookies and chatted through all of my different sibbling's houses. It was a lot of fun and great to see everybody, since I hardly get to meet them once a year.

And staying in Gouda, half a hour away from Amsterdam, we surely went there to have a small sight seeing (my boyfriend never beeing to the Netherlands or Amsterdam..) and a bit of shopping. The great thing about shopping in foreign countries is, that nearly nobody else at home will have the exact same item. And you got to test out new, unknown or long adored make-up and beauty brands and trends. 

The Haul: So I went shopping...

So I went shopping..

That's what I told my boyfriend and he totally cracked up. Because every time I tell him, he knows that I went totally insane and that I'm going to present him all of my new loves. And so I went and showed him what I'm going to show you now. And I got hyper and he went nuts.

So I went shopping. And not only one time, but a couple of times last month. So I'm going hyper again looking at all this and hopefully you will go hyper too.

The Weeks Nail: #2

So this has been a real wonder for me. Having nailploish on, doing dishes, crafting, studying and so on and my nailpolisch is still on. And I applied it Tuesday the 12th! No chipping at all! So my favourite nailpolish for now more than the past week has been Essie "Spaghetti Strap". It's a wonderful nude colour. I just got it 2 weeks ago, after I watched ViviannaDoesMakeup raving about Essies Nudes. The polish is full coverage after just one application and I just used my regular base coat and no top coat. It looks amazing with a casual outfit but also for a night out! Just layer some rings and you're good to go! I really love this nails polish already!!
